Responsibilities
- Manage late-night check-ins/outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergencies
- Perform nightly room inspections and maintenance checks
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle cash transactions and balance shift reports
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency
Qualifications
- No hotel experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability (11 PM - 7 AM shifts)
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
