Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in/check-out guests with efficiency and personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using PMS software
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for seamless operations
- Resolve guest complaints promptly with solutions-oriented approaches
- Operate switchboard and handle guest communications professionally
- Uphold resort safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn PMS systems
- Flexible availability to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
