Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently with warm, personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and exceed satisfaction expectations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera/PMS) for accurate record-keeping
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Act as local tourism ambassador with area recommendations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if airport transfers required)
- Basic knowledge of Nashville attractions and events
- High school diploma or equivalent
