Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with accuracy and professionalism
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in-person
- Monitor hotel security systems and patrol premises to ensure guest safety
- Prepare public areas for daytime operations (cleaning, restocking amenities)
- Handle emergency situations calmly according to hotel protocols
- Collaborate with security team for incident reporting and documentation
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) for reservations and billing
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license (for potential shuttle duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
