Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel premises during overnight hours to ensure guest safety and security
- Handle check-in/check-out processes for arriving and departing guests
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in-person
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in public areas
- Manage front desk operations including reservations and billing
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for any issues
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all team members
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
