Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during overnight operations including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols promptly
- Perform nightly room status audits and prepare occupancy reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Complete administrative tasks including logging incidents and updating guest records
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and service excellence
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train all team members!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems and reporting tools
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable overnight shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
