Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel software systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly 24/7
- Monitor property security and conduct regular floor/building patrols
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Complete night audit procedures and prepare daily reports
- Assist during emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required—comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
