Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and professionalism
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform nightly audits and financial reconciliation tasks
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Prepare operational reports for management review
- Maintain lobby and common area standards
- Assist with valet and concierge services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic accounting knowledge for financial transactions
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Certificate
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
