Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during night hours, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Conduct nightly security rounds to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and emergency situations via phone or in person.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in common areas and public restrooms to maintain a pristine environment.
- Monitor building systems and report any maintenance or safety issues to the engineering department.
- Assist in preparing the hotel for the morning shift, including restocking supplies and preparing reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or shift work is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
- Ability to work independently and remain alert and focused during night hours.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
