Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional 24/7 guest assistance for check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies following established protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Manage front desk operations including reservation systems and payment processing
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and incident documentation
- Ensure public areas meet cleanliness and safety standards overnight
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during late-night hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and crisis management abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
