Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using our property management system
- Address guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional service
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure security and compliance with safety protocols
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas and guest facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with managing reservations and optimizing room availability
Qualifications
- No previous hotel experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
