Responsibilities
- Handle late-night guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly during off-peak hours
- Perform nightly audits of room status and amenities inventory
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling for late arrivals
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
