Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Monitor property security and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare daily reports and maintain guest confidentiality
- Serve as primary contact for late-night arrivals and VIP guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license (if required for duties)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
