Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed 5-star standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, reporting shortages promptly
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Address maintenance issues and report hazards to engineering team
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists
- Collaborate with overnight security team for guest safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of EPA-approved disinfectants
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
