Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Perform nightly deep cleaning of lobby, public areas, and front desk facilities
- Coordinate with night audit team to resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services for late-night guests
- Conduct nightly property security rounds and report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must pass comprehensive background check
