Responsibilities
- Monitor guest arrivals and departures during overnight hours with exceptional efficiency
- Respond promptly to guest requests via phone and in-person with professional solutions
- Perform nightly security patrols and safety checks across all public and back-of-house areas
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and key issuance
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent overnight needs
- Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate critical information to day-shift management
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
