As a Night Shift Attendant, you'll be the heart of our overnight operations, creating memorable moments for late arrivals and early departures. Our Columbus location offers modern amenities and a prime downtown position, making it an ideal workplace for night owls and career starters.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and assistance requests
- Monitor hotel security and respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in public areas and guest rooms
- Manage night audit procedures and accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for potential shuttle duties)
