Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest assistance during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage check-ins/check-outs with precision and warm hospitality
- Coordinate with security for guest safety and property monitoring
- Handle special requests and resolve guest concerns immediately
- Execute nightly inventory and operational readiness checks
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for future stays
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or concierge experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent in English with multilingual abilities preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong knowledge of San Jose attractions and nightlife
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
