Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage room status and coordinate with housekeeping for efficient turnarounds
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate financial records
- Operate hotel systems including PMS and reservation software
- Assist with valet services, luggage handling, and transportation coordination
- Maintain security protocols during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts (3-5 days/week)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency with hotel management systems
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (if driving valet)
- Flexible schedule including holidays
