Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance with check-ins, room requests, and local recommendations
- Coordinate with security and engineering teams for overnight facility management
- Handle VIP guest services and high-priority reservation modifications
- Manage inventory for overnight amenities and emergency supplies
- Execute smooth shift handovers with day team counterparts
- Resolve guest complaints with discretion and solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain detailed incident reports for overnight occurrences
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas Food Handler and Alcohol certification
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English with Spanish proficiency highly preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge of Houston's nightlife, dining, and attractions
