As a Night Shift Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our late-night guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and secure. This is an excellent entry-level role that provides hands-on training and a clear path for career growth within the hotel industry.

Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all arriving and departing guests.
- Monitor hotel security systems and lobby areas to ensure a safe environment.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person during night hours.
- Manage wake-up calls, room service requests, and luggage assistance.
- Perform basic maintenance checks of the lobby and common areas to maintain high standards.
- Assist in resolving guest issues and ensuring high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required.
