Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional, and memorable welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Guest Services: Act as the primary liaison for guests, answering inquiries, providing recommendations for local attractions and dining, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Reservations Management: Assist with front desk operations, including managing room availability, processing reservations, and updating guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and emails with courtesy, relay messages accurately, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.
- Operational Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred, but we are happy to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new Property Management Systems quickly.
- Professionalism: Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
