Responsibilities
- Oversee all night operations, including front desk, housekeeping coordination, and security protocols.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct nightly inspections of public areas, guest rooms, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including occupancy rates and revenue summaries.
- Collaborate with day shift management to communicate guest feedback and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk, or management.
- Strong ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
