Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring safety, security, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise the night front desk and housekeeping staff, conducting briefings and ensuring adherence to company protocols.
- Financial Management: Monitor daily revenue, manage room inventory, and oversee the night audit process accurately.
- Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact for security and emergencies during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
