Responsibilities
- Oversee all night operations, including front desk, security, and housekeeping coordination.
- Manage late arrivals, check-ins, and resolve any guest issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Conduct nightly security rounds to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Prepare and review the nightly audit report accurately.
- Coordinate with the day shift management team to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback during the shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management, front desk supervision, or night auditing.
- Strong proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED; hospitality or business degree is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
