Responsibilities

- Conduct nightly security rounds and patrol the premises to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and public areas are pristine for the next day.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve guest complaints or issues immediately and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit nightly reports regarding occupancy, incidents, and maintenance needs.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for late-night travelers and guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a night shift team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
