- Oversee all front desk operations and night audit functions.

- Manage key card access systems and maintain strict security protocols.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate with day shift leadership.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas throughout the night.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or front desk operations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
