Responsibilities
- Supervise and train the night shift front desk staff and housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage all check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and privacy.
- Monitor security systems and facility maintenance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed for the following shift.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health regulations, and local laws.
- Generate nightly reports and maintain accurate shift logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or front desk management.
- Proven ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
