Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience with night shift focus
- Proven crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- New York State Food Handler's certification
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
