Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling
- Assist with luggage and guest transportation
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service mindset with a positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
