Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and baggage handling.
- Process payments accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Conduct nightly audits, including balancing the night audit report and housekeeping reports.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol the premises to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone or in-person.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks and report any damages or repairs to management.
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or hotel operations preferred (night audit experience is a plus).
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with property management software.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess basic math skills for cash handling.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the business schedule.
