Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift operations, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and safety protocols.
- Manage front desk duties, including efficient check-ins, check-outs, and guest registration.
- Conduct nightly security rounds and facility inspections to ensure property integrity.
- Lead and mentor the night housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure prompt service.
- Handle all guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a memorable experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift managers for restocking.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience, specifically in a shift work or night shift environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
