As the primary point of contact for our guests during the evening hours, you will ensure a seamless transition from day to night operations, maintaining the legendary Ritz-Carlton service standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly financial reconciliations and prepare the night audit report.
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and express check-in services efficiently.
- Handle all front desk inquiries, complaints, and requests with poise and professionalism.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and room status updates.
- Uphold the Ritz-Carlton 'Ladies and Gentlemen of Standards' philosophy at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or night audit.
- Strong computer proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
