Responsibilities
- Safeguard guest safety and property security during overnight hours
- Handle check-ins/check-outs and resolve guest inquiries with exceptional service
- Monitor all public areas and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Complete nightly audits and financial transaction reconciliation
- Manage lost and found items with meticulous documentation
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions and facility appearances
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience required
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent stair climbing
- Advanced conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish highly valued
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
