Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage check-ins/checkouts efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Monitor security systems and conduct property patrols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage night audit procedures
- Prepare operational reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of property management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (for property patrols)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
