Responsibilities
- Manage overnight guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth
- Monitor hotel security systems and premises to ensure guest safety
- Respond promptly to guest requests via phone/in-person with exceptional service
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and reporting duties
- Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams for urgent overnight issues
- Handle emergency situations calmly following established protocols
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera/Micros)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for property duties)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
