Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure guest safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle emergency situations with calm authority and proper escalation
- Perform nightly audits and financial reconciliations
- Maintain detailed incident reports and guest feedback logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
