Responsibilities
- Monitor guest arrivals/departures and manage front desk operations overnight
- Conduct security patrols and ensure facility safety protocols are maintained
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve service issues promptly
- Perform nightly reconciliation of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Manage emergency situations following established procedures
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of overnight activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
