Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 guest services including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety across all hotel premises
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for overnight operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergency situations with professionalism
- Complete accurate shift reports and handover documentation
- Maintain pristine public areas during overnight hours
- Assist with valet services and transportation coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
