Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest emergencies overnight
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late arrivals and early departures
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Conduct nightly property inspections and report maintenance issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide concierge services for nocturnal guests and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality experience required
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans attractions and nightlife
