Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor property security and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Manage front desk operations including reservations and billing systems
- Conduct nightly property inspections and report maintenance issues
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Complete end-of-day financial reporting procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
