Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures for late-arriving guests efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional concierge services, including local recommendations and room service coordination.
- Monitor hotel security systems and perimeter to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and maintenance issues.
- Ensure the lobby, elevators, and public areas are clean, well-lit, and welcoming throughout the night.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on hospitality.
