Responsibilities
- Oversee the night shift cleaning operations to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our 'Immaculate Standards'.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, ensuring amenities are stocked and linens are pressed and folded.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks in guest suites and restrooms during the overnight hours.
- Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobby areas, and stairwells.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the engineering department.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure safe chemical handling procedures are followed.
- Adhere to all company policies, including uniform standards and attendance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional housekeeping or hotel experience.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety protocols is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
