Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to emergency situations with composure and professionalism
- Provide concierge services for late-night guest inquiries
- Prepare daily reports for morning management team
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for airport runs)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
