Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas to luxury standards
- Stock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms
- Report maintenance issues and lost items promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and submit requisitions
- Provide personalized guest service during room preparation
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
