Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card distribution.
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct nightly rounds to ensure guest safety.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process payments accurately and handle financial transactions.
- Assist with concierge requests and provide local area recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas during quiet hours.
- Collaborate with day staff to ensure a seamless transition of information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or security is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer software and hotel management systems.
