Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and lobby management during night hours.
- Process guest payments, manage the cash drawer, and ensure all transactions are accurate and secure.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Perform basic maintenance checks and report any issues to the maintenance department.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
