Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Perform daily cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance tasks to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle special requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including public areas and back-of-house facilities.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems.
