Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest inquiries efficiently
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, sanitization, and restocking
- Operate reservation systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols consistently
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
