Your Role
As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and phone calls with a professional and courteous tone.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations to guests.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain hotel standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
